Programming:
- Reception: Andrades Mill and Old House.
- A guided visit to the Andrades Flour Mill, totally preserved and in operation with animal traction, where you’ll get to know all the production processes of the homemade flour.
- Caboclo Coffee or “Shaded Coffee” homemade production. First, we’ll get to know the coffee tree, then put some seeds in the pestle. After pounding the seeds we’ll “ventejar” (air) the grains to eliminate the peels and to follow to roasting process. After that, we’ll put the seeds back in the pestle in order to powder them. We are also going to filter this powder and try the authentic and delicious Caboclo Coffee.
